IF YOU WISH TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITING LIST

The Tait Memorial Trust and Melba Opera Trust unite to present an evening of music, inspired by Dame Nellie Melba and her grand tours with J. & N. Tait (The five Tait Brothers) and then with J. C. Williamson’s when the Tait’s merged with JCW’s in 1920.

The concert will feature artists from Melba Opera Trust performing Melba favourites alongside popular arias and art song. The artists, together with Sharolyn Kimmorley AM, have travelled from Australia as part of the Prior Foundation International Study Tour.

The event will also relaunch the Alastair Jackson International Opera Award, which has been supported by Tait Memorial Trust for 11 years and is now managed by Melba Opera Trust.

In a case of history repeating, join us for a musical ode to a very special partnership.

As ever we thank Leslie sincerely for offering the use of his beautiful London home for the concert and for providing the delicious food and wine.

Includes post concert reception with a light supper to meet the artists.
