Patricia Nimmo (née Brown) was a remarkable woman. She was a founder member of the Tait Committee, her unwavering dedication to supporting our efforts in nurturing the next generation of young artists was invaluable.

Pat’s husband was the inimitable Derek Nimmo who was our first Master of Ceremonies for our first Tait concert in the Exhibition Hall, Australia House 31 years ago.

My heart goes out to the family as I know how much they all adored her, as we did too.
